Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We process and ship orders Monday – Saturday to get your relief to you as quickly as possible.

Domestic (US): Please allow 3–5 business days for transit.

International: Please allow 5–7 business days for transit.

At Floating Relief, we want to ensure you have ample time to experience the ergonomic benefits of our cushions. We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which applies only if:

  • Consistent Use: You have used the product for at least 60 days. (This allows the memory foam to break in and your body to properly adjust to the new support).
  • Product Condition: You received your product in full (no missing items) and it is free of user-inflicted damage.
  • Unresolved Dissatisfaction: You are still unsatisfied with the comfort or pressure relief after the 60-day break-in period.

What is not covered:

  • Physical damage, punctures, or tears to the foam or fabric caused by misuse.
  • Normal wear and tear.

Refund Deductions: Because we provide free shipping on many orders, the following will be deducted from any approved refund:

  • The actual cost of shipping incurred by the company to deliver the product to you.
